A Professional specialized in corporate management and
planning for businesses involved in foreign trade and commercial ventures,
including joint ventures with foreign partners, Elisabetta has a good command of
English and Spanish and believes in a pragmatic, direct approach to problem
solving.
After graduating from Law School, Elisabetta gained hands-on
commercial experience with a local company. In 1995 she founded a services
company providing assistance to small and medium-sized businesses intent on
accessing international markets, became one of the company's managing partners.
Following the above experience, Elisabetta continued in her
consulting career as coordinator of international relations for local
manufacturing and commercial companies, also taking charge of research,
development and planning for her client's investment and expansion projects
overseas.
Heavily involved in hi-level consulting for companies looking
to deal strategically on foreign markets, Elisabetta offers her support and
expertise in examining the procedures and instruments adopted by such companies
in planning and managing their relations with clients overseas. This implies
evaluating a company's knowledge of the instruments and procedures available to
it, as well as a company's ability to successfully implement the same. It also
places Elisabetta in the position of assisting companies in finding the ways and
means of rationalizing and maximizing time and procedures, thereby reducing the
risks and costs of an international operation, improving a company's competition
and over-all satisfaction.
