A lawyer and practising attorney since 1992, Marcello gained valuable experience while working for the Law Firms of Franzosi, Dal Negro and Gianni Origoni & Partners of Milan.  Marcello is a professional with good English language skills, experienced in "industrial law" (i.e. intellectual property and competition), as well as corporate and commercial law, including contracts and due diligence and litigation.

Marcello services clients in corporate and commercial law matters, with an emphasis on intellectual property law and competition law matters (both national and EU).  As an arbitrator, registered with the National and International Arbitral Chamber of Milan, Marcello handles national and international arbitrations involving his areas of practice.

  • judicial defense and litigation services in general, credit collection and bankruptcy procedures;

  • legal opinions;

  • information on the public financing of business, including Italian Government and European Union loans, grants and subsidies.

  • Member of the I.C.C. and registered Arbitrator of the National and International Arbitral Chamber of Milan;

  • Cooperates with the Italian Government Agency, C.N.R. and E.N.E.A. of Bologna in providing preliminary legal advice to companies involved in transfers of technology;

  • Consultant of CONVEY (A Consortium for the transfer of technology) of Turin and R.E.A.C.T., Verona, Italy, the Italian Chapter of an international association based in Brussels which provides assistance to companies in preventing the counterfeit of patents, trademarks and copyrights.
