A lawyer and practicing
attorney with over thirty-five years of experience, Riccardo has a solid
background in corporate law matters and business management in general.
During the 1980's, he served on the Board of Directors of various companies
involved in financial, commercial, industrial and information technology,
real estate financing, as well as domestic and international consultancy
services.
A professional with with
English and French language skills, Riccardo is experienced in providing
legal advice and assistance in commercial, corporate and contract law
matters and services clients in many sectors such as, financial services,
commercial and wholesale distribution, general manufacturing, industrial
associations and merchant banking services. He litigates civil and
commercial matters and defends clients involved in criminal actions for
financial and commercial law violations.
From 1977 to 1984, Riccardo
taught Criminal Procedure at the University of Bologna Law School in his
capacity of Assistant Professor and joined the law firm of Avv. Carlo
Alberto Perroux, one of Italy's foremost criminal lawyers. Riccardo
practised criminal law and gained valuable experience, especially in
commercial and tax crimes while at the law firm.
In addition to his teaching
duties at the University of Bologna, Riccardo also held courses in legal and
business subjects for the professional schools of the Association of Small
and Medium-sized Businesses, as well as for other similar organizations in
Bologna and other cities.
Since 1990, Riccardo is
certified as an Arbitrator with the Bologna Chamber of Commerce.

the "Association de Droit International Privé", a non-governmental

of the European Union of Public Relations, a non-governmental
association headquartered in Lugano (Switzerland), affiliated with the
Department of Public Information of the UN and recognized by the EU.

As a member of the above
organization, Riccardo was recently authorized to open offices in
Eritrea and Albania

Riccardo was one of the
founding members of the European Service Network, the first European
GEIE registered in Brussels to provide clients with multi-professional
services.

Founding Member of the
Forl�-based Association called "TOPCONSULTING", a corporate consulting
organization providing software and marketing services, including legal
advice to businesses operating internationally.

Since 1998, Riccardo has
been a member of the staff of professionals giving advice in
international relations matters to the Executive Department of the
Emilia-Romagna Region.

Riccardo has authored a
number of works on corporate management techniques, methods of alternate
financing, techniques of corporate engineering, commentaries of statute
laws, etc. Such works have been published by, IPSOA, "I Quaderni della
Banca Mercantile", "La Rivista dei Dirigenti d'azienda", "La rivista
Brevetti e Marchi".

several articles and commentaries of a legal nature which have been
published in the Italian financial daily, "Italia Oggi".
