A Professional with twenty years of business experience in management
and corporate finance, Roberto has a good command of the English and French
languages.
Since 1989, Roberto provides professional consultancy services to private
and public sector businesses in the general areas of administration and
corporate governance, corporate finance, business management, reorganization,
formation, private funding, including national and EU financing schemes
and subsidy programs. Roberto services clients from a wide range
of industrial sectors.
From 1993 to 1995, Roberto served as outside technical Assessor for
the City of Bologna on housing and real estate issues, having been specifically
appointed to the Office by the Mayor for his professional expertise.
From 1988 to 1989, Roberto acted as Manager of the Administration, Finance
and Comptroller Departments of Ceramiche La Faenza SpA, a major Italian
manufacturer of ceramic tiles.
From 1987 to 1988, Roberto acted as Group Comptroller for Compagnia
Finanziaria Moda SpA, a group of companies, including Ball SpA, Rimini,
Satis SA of San Marino and Moda Italia SpA, all operating in the casual-wear
clothing industry.
From 1986 to 1987, Roberto held the Office of General Manager of Marchesini
SpA, a company operating in real estate, construction and financing.
From 1981 to 1986, Roberto acted as Finance Manager and Assistant to
the C.E.O. of Edilter Scrl, as well as member of the Management Committee
of Edilter Scrl, a major construction company (organized as a cooperative)
and active in Italy and abroad in a number of businesses, including real
estate, mechanical, prefabs, ecological and financial.
From 1976 to 1981, Roberto worked as a financial analyst for Credito
Romagnolo SpA, one of Italy's major private banks.
